BEST CHOICE TV SERVER ISSUE – We have been dealing with a server issue since yesterday. The issue has been resolved for viewing. All your channels should be up and working. If you are still having issues: Reboot your device and your ISP router. We are still working on the back end of the issue. We are not able to update any account at this time. We should have the issue resolved by 6pm CST. Thank you for you patience. Update 4:59pm CST All Services have been restored. We have updated all accounts. WEST SERVER DOWN – We are experiencing an outage on our server that feed subscribers in the west and southwest. We have technicians working on the issue. We are doing everythig to get your service back up as fast as possible. Thank you for your patience. We will be posting updates here when information come in. (8:50pm EST) ||| Server is back up, but there’s still a network issue, so please be patient. (1:42am EST) |||||| Our technicians have identified the issue on the network. They will have to create a new path on the network to get our service up. We are working hard to get the service up before noon. Again, thank you for being patient. Best Choice Standard Service – Our Standard Service Provider is having issues with updating subscriber information. This means when we attempt to renew a subscription it fails. Until they get the issue resolved, the Standard Service will be down. We do not know how long this will go on. Communications are very slow. We will provide service to anyone on the Standard Service for 30 days to allow time for them to correct the issue. If our Standard Service provider has not corrected the issue by April 1st 2023, We will not use them any longer. What does this mean for our Standard Service subscribers? VOD and Series are not working due to maintenance. The report we received stated the VOD movies and Series were being updated. The Update is complete. The rights for Movies & Series will not be renewed by our Provider. No VOD & Series on our Standard Service until further notice. (New update coming 1-04-23)
