Subscriptions who experienced a service outage on Saturday January 31st 2026.
We have found the source of the outage to be Amazon’s new firmware release.
This release was created to block all third-party apps not on their whitelist.
Amazon has been planning the release for over a year. If your Fire Stick, or Cube
has not been affected, it will be in the near future.

What this means for us.
Some members of our family use the Android Box, which has no association with Amazon.
The Android box is an approved device from Google that will download our app. We will
provide a list of boxes today that you can purchase online. You can purchase them from
Amazon or other retailers. Once you receive your devices, send us an email and we can
send you instructions on setting up your service.

The rights for Movies & Series will not be renewed by our Provider. No VOD & Series on our Standard Service until further notice. (New update coming 1-04-23)
